Mid-winter greetings....

Well it's been another challenging year and I would like to thank my pupils for their ongoing enthusiasm of the Alexander Technique, and your consideration and patience with all the disruptions and concerns. 

Teaching the Alexander Technique is a priviledge for me, but it's made all the better for teaching such lovely people!
